The Competition is open to anyone around the world. The Competition is closed to employees of Color Trix Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition. Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified. We reserve the right to exclude serial competition entrants who have entered more than 4 competitions in the last month. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The Competition opens 06/04/2024 and closes at 11:59 BST (10:59 UTC) 07/01/2024. Entrants can enter at any point between these dates.

To enter the competition entrants will need to follow the instructions outlined in the individual social media platform video post.

There will be three winners chosen from underneath the promo video post using a comment randomiser. Additionally, one winner will be chosen based on the number of reactions under the comment. All winners will be contacted on the platform in the comment section under the video post within 5 days of the closing date from a @colorfinale account. We will never ask for bank details, only responses from this account handle are genuine. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick an alternate winner.

The Prize for each of the randomly selected winners is either a $45 USD coupon to apply at the Color Finale store [https://colorfinale.com/store] or the Mega LUT Bundle — the winner chooses between these two prizes. The Prize for the participant with the most liked comment is either a $50 USD coupon to apply at the Color Finale store [https://colorfinale.com/store] or the Mega LUT Bundle, also chosen by the winner. The Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable. A working email address will be needed to receive the Prize.

By entering the competition, entrants provide consent for the promoter to announce their name and/or handle (for publicity purposes) via its own social media channels. The winner agrees to the use of their name and/or handle in the promoter’s publicity material.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with UK data regulations and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering the Competition, you agree that Color Trix Ltd. may contact you.
